Monthly Installments
For the Digital Growth Plan, monthly installments must be paid between the 1st and 10th of every calendar month. Failure to pay within the stipulated period may affect eligibility for plan benefits.

Product Purchase Eligibility
Members under the Digital Growth Plan become eligible to purchase products only after successfully completing a minimum of three monthly installments, subject to the total amount paid.

Purchase Reward Activation
Purchase Reward benefits shall commence only after the successful purchase and confirmation of an eligible product. Activation of a Member ID alone does not qualify for Purchase Rewards.

Referral Reward Eligibility
Referral Reward levels will be activated only upon fulfilling the prescribed Direct Referral requirements as defined under the applicable compensation plan.

Referral Reward Credit
Referral Rewards are credited only once for each eligible package purchased by a referred member and are subject to verification by the Company.

Product Redemption
Products offered under any Akshaya Nidhi Digital Plan are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be converted into monetary value.

Product Collection & Delivery
Members are required to collect their products from the nearest AN Digitals showroom. Where the nearest showroom is located beyond 50 kilometres, home delivery may be arranged at the member's request, subject to applicable delivery charges.

Product Availability
Product brand, model, colour, specifications, accessories, and availability are subject to stock availability and may vary without prior notice.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Digital Cashback Plan – ₹500
Digital Growth Plan – ₹1,000
Withdrawal requests below the prescribed minimum amount shall not be processed.

Earning Wallet Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted on any day. Approved payouts shall be processed every Monday, subject to successful verification and banking timelines.

Purchase Reward Withdrawals
Purchase Rewards are credited daily to the Purchase Reward Wallet. Withdrawal requests can be submitted only between the 1st and 3rd of each month. Payments shall be processed between the 4th and 6th of the same month. Missed withdrawal windows will automatically carry forward to the next monthly cycle.

Wallet Transfer
Members may transfer funds from the Earning Wallet to the Shopping Wallet without any withdrawal deductions.

Account Suspension
If monthly installments remain unpaid for two consecutive months, the Member ID may be automatically suspended. Benefits shall remain inactive until the account is reactivated in accordance with Company policy.

No Refund Policy
All payments made towards membership, products, subscriptions, or installments are final and non-refundable. No refunds shall be granted upon voluntary cancellation or discontinuation of membership.

Bank Account Details
Members are solely responsible for providing accurate banking and payment details. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by members.

KYC Verification
The Company reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any stage before processing withdrawals, product dispatches, account upgrades, or other services.

Compliance
Members shall comply with all Company rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Fraudulent activities, misuse of the platform, or policy violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in providing products, services, rewards, or payments arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, banking disruptions, internet failures, courier delays, technical issues, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Taxes & Statutory Deductions
All applicable GST, TDS, taxes, levies, duties, or statutory charges shall be borne by the member as per applicable laws.

Product Warranty
All products are covered only under the respective manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable. The Company shall not be responsible for repairs, replacements, warranty claims, or after-sales services.

Non-Transferability
Membership, Purchase Rewards, Referral Rewards, incentives, wallets, and other benefits are strictly non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

Transaction Verification
The Company reserves the right to verify any payment, referral, purchase, withdrawal request, or account activity before approving benefits or processing payouts.

Official Communication
Only announcements made through the Company's official website, mobile application, registered email, WhatsApp Business account, SMS, or other authorised communication channels shall be considered valid.

Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, suspend, or discontinue any plan, product, reward, compensation structure, policy, or service at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision
The interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to Company plans shall rest solely with Akshaya Nidhi. The Company's decision shall be final and binding.

Jurisdiction
All legal disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, where the Company's Head Office is situated.

Acceptance
By registering under any Akshaya Nidhi Digital Plan, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments issued by the Company.

Transaction Deductions
A deduction of 5% TDS and 5% Administrative Charges shall apply to all eligible bank withdrawal transactions.

Eligibility for Membership
Membership is available only to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

One Account Policy
Each individual shall maintain only one active Member ID unless otherwise permitted by the Company. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended without notice.

Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence by the member.

Accuracy of Information
Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.

Payment Verification
Benefits, rewards, and purchases shall become valid only after successful receipt and verification of payment by the Company.

Anti-Fraud Policy
Any attempt to manipulate referrals, wallets, rewards, transactions, software, or compensation plans shall result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without compensation.

Right to Reject Applications
The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any membership application without assigning any reason.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, content, software, and marketing materials displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Akshaya Nidhi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected from members shall be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Website Availability
While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, the Company does not guarantee that the website, application, or member portal will always be available or error-free.

Third-Party Services
The Company may utilise third-party payment gateways, courier partners, SMS providers, or other service providers. Their services shall be governed by their respective terms and policies.

Electronic Consent
Members agree that all agreements, notices, invoices, confirmations, and communications provided electronically shall have the same legal validity as physical documents.

Dormant Accounts
Accounts remaining inactive for a prolonged period may be marked dormant and may require verification before reactivation.

Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the member under the relevant transaction.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Company's policies, Privacy Policy, Compensation Plan, and official notifications, constitute the complete agreement between the Company and its members.
